Annotation
Based on the theoretical analysis of the scientific literature and the results of our own research, which took into account the age, diagnostic technology of adaptation anesthesiologists-experts in resuscitation with a tendency to retreat from reality and with the signs of burnout was proved. It is shown that adaptation of such doctors should be considered as a psycho-physiological phenomenon and multi-component formation, which has a complex dynamic structure with functional dependencies between the components, which can be evaluated on the basis of the qualimetry of levels of their expression and diagnostic criteria. Multivariate mathematical-statistical modeling helps to estimate the contribution of the major clinical-psychological and psychophysiological factors to the adaptation sanogenesis of addictive pathology and burnout, including analysis of the total sample of anesthesiologists-experts in resuscitation and anesthesiologists-experts in resuscitation at young, middle and elderly age.
