Annotation
The analysis of condition of vocational training of senior students, studying at humanitarian profile universities, carried out by us in aspect of identification of structure of knowledge of future profession, knowledge in the field of the personal sphere, the conditions, making the greatest impact on processes of professional self-determination and adaptations to professional activity, revealed considerable gaps that pushed us on systematization of theoretical material for the purpose of more detailed consideration of all components of efficiency of professional choice, activity, adaptation. Results of our researches formed the basis for systematization of conditions of vocational guidance and adaptation to work of graduates of humanitarian faculties. Pedagogical technologies of adaptation of graduates of higher education institution were introduced in educational process of Podolsk social and sports institute; the technique, promoting improvement of process of employment of young specialists, has been developed. As a basis of adaptation of graduates of higher education institution with humanitarian profile in the sphere "Physical culture" and "Tourism" to professional activity were presented elective special courses and programs of educational practice helping graduates successfully enter the adult social and production environment. The elective course realized by us is based on systematization of the main conditions of vocational guidance and adaptation to work of graduates of humanitarian faculties designed by us in higher school model of professional adaptation.
