Annotation
The article justifies the urgency of formation of conflictological competence of future expert in educational space of higher education institution in modern conditions when transformation processes in society cause increase of level of a conflictogenic in social systems. Conflict recognition as the phenomena inevitable in the course of interaction updates a problem of development of conflictogenic competence of youth, and also formation of individual and personal qualities which will promote the constructive solution of the arising conflicts. The structural and substantial analysis of concept “conflictological competence” and features of its formation in the course of training in higher education institution is presented. Criteria and levels of formation of conflictological competence of future expert in educational space of the higher educational institution are allocated. It has been defined that it is possible to define a formation of conflictological competence of future expert by motivational valuable, intellectual informative and procedural criteria.
