Annotation
Results of the research of use of legal documentsby the heads of the commercial physical culture and sports organizationsare given in article. According to the results of questionnaire the preferences of heads and managers in use of legal documents in administrative activity are revealed. Types of the legal documents used by the heads, and time spent by them for acquaintance with them are defined. The branches of law representing the greatest interest for administrative personal of the given organizations are revealed. Distinctions in work with legal documents among the heads and managers are defined. Materials of research are of interest for the heads of the commercial physical culture and sports organizations.
