Indicators of orientation of the officers on pedagogical activity

Annotation
The author of article notes that at the present the officers have insufficient orientation on the pedagogical activity. It negatively affects the quality of the educational process at the universities of the Armed Forces of Russia. Still in a pedagogical science, the effective model of formation of base values of pedagogical activity among the officersis not developed. Meanwhile, this model should be directed on the solution of the general tasks (educational), and private tasks of formation of base values of pedagogical activity at officers. Conceptual approaches to the solution of tasks on formation of base values of pedagogical activity at officers were realized in three interconnected directions. These ways were directed on formation of knowledge of pedagogical activity; on motivation to education for pedagogical activity based on knowledge of it; on transformation of knowledge in belief and behavior of the officers necessary for pedagogical activity. The specified approaches allowed creating favorable conditions for realization of the objectives on the basis of the corresponding pedagogical influence.
