Efficiency of health-improving means application on the example of exercise machines with female students of preparatory group of health

Annotation
A number of students assigned to preparatory health medical group grow. The significance of this work is caused by the organization of the physical activity of this population group with simulators application. Their use allows expanding significantly the variety of means and methods of physical training. Differentiated selection of the exercises and individual approach provide a focused development of the student`s personality. It has been proved that the differentiated selection of exercises at their strict dispensing taking into account specifics of physical and functional preparation of students provides purposeful development of physical and functional qualities, selectively influencing on the cardiovascular, respiratory and nervous systems, musculoskeletal device.
