Technology of development of the special endurance of professional boxers

Annotation
The carried out theoretical and experimental research of competitive activity of professional boxers have allowed developing the technology for the increasing their special endurance, including the most effective special and preparatory exercises (sparing-fighting with different by weight and training competitors; free fighting; exercises with a bag, punchball, wall pillow, pneumatic punchball, ball on rubbers, paws) and methods of their use (methods of interval variable and repeated strictly regulated exercises, a competitive method), as well as the optimal volume and intensity of training load at special and preparatory stage.
