Annotation
At the present stage a great attention is given to studying of psychological wellbeing in various groups of the population, however the works devoted to the assessment of psychological wellbeing and psychological health among the athletes are numerically insignificant.
In medical sense, the understanding of quality of life is always connected with health as health serves as its main indicator. Respectively for self-assessment of health, it is possible to use a questionnaire of quality of life connected with health of SF-36. In the guide on research of quality of life connected with health it is recommended to use a technique of SF-36 not only in medical researches, but also for «an assessment of a state of health for population as a whole, and for separate social groups». The technique «allows stating a quantitative assessment of multicomponent characteristics of activity of the person – his physical, psychological and social functioning»
