Kuzmin M.A. Efficiency of technology of acceleration of the game and cyclic sports athletes’ adaptation to conditions of competitions

Generalization of technology of the accelerated adaptation for game and cyclic sports was a research objective. The technology of acceleration of adaptation of athletes is developed based on the certain general and specific principles and differentiated approach. Forming experiment has shown that in all groups with various personal characteristics the positive changes, optimization of all base indicators of adaptation are observed: assessment of conditions of competition, forecast of success of performance, prestarting mental conditions. The results of forming experiment showed convincingly the efficiency both the general, and the variety technologies constructed on the basis of the differentiated approach to adaptation of athletes to competitive activity. In all studied groups there were changes by the majority of those characteristics on which the psychological-pedagogical work was directed taking into account the specific indicators ofthe athletes adaptation.
