The objective of this study is evaluation of the level of psycho emotional stress at different periods of the study and volume of physical activity among the school children of the middle classes as risk-factors in their life. Heart rate monitor Polar 810i has been used for evaluation of psychical and emotional stress level and energy consumed per day values. 10 boys and 10 girls aged 13 years old took part in investigation. It has been found that the level of psychical and emotional stress increases significantly among the school children in period of the control procedures and remains increased during other days. Volume of physical activity among the surveyed schoolchildren was lower than the biological norm. The combination of high psycho emotional tension and low physical activity level may be considered as risk factor in the life activity of the modern schoolchildren studying in the middle classes.
Keywords: stress, evolution, energy consumption.
