Annotation
The article deals with the situation, which requires an increase not onlyin professional, but also managerial competence of future professionals in the humanitarian space of physical culture and their willingness to comprehend its broad value content. In the experimental work of PE specialists advanced training two types of modular programmers are tested: cognitive and operational that are implemented on the principle of facilitation. The results of the expert assessment of the managerial skills formation on the basis of professionally significant qualities of the head of PE establishment are exposed.
