Annotation
The article goes into the issue of physical culture means selection in frames of compulsory lessons for 1st year students of higher school with the aim to leveling the ambient environment’s negative impact (study schedule and session period) on their mental state and generally on adaptation to educational process. The using of traditional means (volleyball) and health and fitness technologies (stretching) has a different rate of influence on psychological processes and educational activities of girls at the age of 17-18 years old.
Key words: girls at the age of 17-18 years, psychosomatic health, adaptation process, alexithymia, asthenia, trait anxiety.
