Abstract
To solve the issue of coordination-motor improvement, it is necessary to determine the dominant coordination abilities. These include: a high degree of control over one's own balance and the successful removal of the enemy from the stable balance. This is the main task: the ability to navigate in space and time largely depends on the achieved level of balance. Rationally selected motor activity allows you to optimize the training process. However, the increase in physical, psychomotor and intellectual qualities in children occurs unevenly over time (heterochronous), which has been noted by researchers for decades. Coordination training still remains a poorly developed section of the theory and methodology of physical education due to the multicomponent and complexity of this direction, which served as the basis for our research.
Keywords: coordination training, physical qualities, technical and tactical training, young taekwondo fighters, physical education, physical culture.
