Increasing the motivation of women 25-35 years old to engagement in aerobic programs

The article reflects the results of the study of the impact of the aerobic program - step aerobics on the physical fitness of women 25-35 years old. As a result of the research, we have identified the main motives for practicing step aerobics in the fitness club. 21 women participated in the experiment, 11 of them were members of the experimental group. The study was conducted in Krasnodar on the basis of the fitness center "House of physical culture". The paper presents the structure of classes in the experimental group. The results of the pedagogical experiment confirmed the correctness of the research hypothesis and noted increase in all the studied indicators of physical fitness of students.
