Abstract
Currently, many studies are conducted in the field of physical culture and sports, in which one of the most significant areas is considered to be the formation of motivational and value attitudes of the population to regular and systematic physical activity in the course of their life. The problem under consideration is considered the most relevant, since from the level of physical fitness, improving performance, adapting the body to various adverse factors of professional activity and strengthening human health to the effects of the environment affects the social and economic development of modern society. Therefore, the main task of specialists in this field is to form the basis of a healthy lifestyle among the population and introduce them to regular physical training and sports.
Keywords: physical culture and sports, motivational and value attitudes, healthy lifestyle, regular classes, physical exercises, professional activities, younger generation, innovative methods.
