Abstract
The article describes the results of the study of physical fitness of young men studying in the group of sports-oriented orientation. The article presents data on the results at the beginning and end of the experiment of two experimental groups on a number of tests that allow assessing the physical fitness of young men. These data indicate the feasibility of using the chosen method in the framework of physical training, as well as the choice of exercises that ensure the development of physical qualities.
