Features of healthy run classes in work on safe weight loss

Abstract
Overweight from ancient times causes the person certain inconveniences, ranging from dissatisfaction with appearance, ending with health problems. Any health problem, including overweight, requires some effort to overcome it. Improving physical culture, in particular, jogging, much easier this task due to simplicity and accessibility, in this case, the implementation of physical exercises and the training process as a whole. This article details all the aspects and recommendations for engaging in this type of physical activity. For the initial assessment of the physical condition, it is proposed to use the Cooper test.
