Abstract
The article assesses the effectiveness of self-massage techniques, which manifested itself in positive and reliable adaptive changes in the functioning of the respiratory system of young hockey players. The practical significance of this study lies in the fact that the author’s self-massage technique can be recommended for use in the conditions of children’s and youth sports schools of the ice hockey department.
