Perspectives of using tennis in professional-applied physical training of students – managers

Abstract
The article discusses the directions of improving the professionally applied physical training of students of the North-West Institute of Management. Every year the requirements for specialists in the management sphere are expanding, and in the field they want to see physically healthy, psychologically stable and highly efficient specialists. According to the authors of the article, tennis, as a sport, is most suitable as training for students. The results of pedagogical research, characterizing the effectiveness of tennis lessons, which contribute to the mastery of general and professional qualities, are presented.
