Opportunities for correction and development of cheerleading in the practice of working with children with mental retardation

Abstract
This article is referred to the analysis of cheerleading special opportunities in adaptive physical education of retarded children. The authors explore its features in children coordination development, health promotion, socialization, full mental development. In order to justify this mechanism, the coordination efficiency of children was studied, as well as indicators in left and right hand tapping. Cheerleading cross-exercises with pompons are emphasized as mechanism of the corrective effect achievement.
