The authors conducted the control and pedagogical testing of this technique when performing combat techniques of wrestling, overcoming obstacles, methods of insurance and self-insurance, as well as passing control standards for general physical training. The obtained results allow to significantly expand and complement the methods of teaching in educational institutions of the MIA of Russia not only on the subject of "Physical training", but to use this technique in the study of other disciplines.
