Abstract
Constant growth of the skill and results in sport is possible due to the continuously improved training process. The technical complexity of exercises in highly coordinated sports occupies the undoubtedly leading place. High technical skills of acrobats are directly related to the level of their special physical training. Only implementation of modern teaching methods and techniques in acrobatics will increase the level of special physical training in male acrobatic couples. In professional sport the training process is aimed at improving sportsmanship, which is possible with a high level of general and special physical skill. Issues of the implementation of this provision are quite relevant to this day. The article presents a methodology aimed at increasing the level of special physical training in male acrobatic couples in professional sport in the pre-competition period.
