Abstract
The article presents the results of a study of the possibilities of increasing the effectiveness of motivational influence on cadets of universities of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, who train specialists for various types and types of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, in the process of acquiring knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for making optimal management decisions. As a result of the study, it was found that at the present stage of the development of the educational process in the universities of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, there is a motivational influence on students in obtaining knowledge and skills necessary for making optimal management decisions. is not at a high enough level. With this in mind, we proposed ways to increase the effectiveness of motivational impact on university cadets in the process of acquiring knowledge and skills necessary for making optimal management decisions:
- using the method of analyzing a specific situation when conducting sessions in academic disciplines, in which competence should be formed for making optimal decisions on the basis of the main professional educational program of the institution;
- ensuring a sustainable motivational impact on students to stimulate them and maintain their behavioral activity in acquiring knowledge and skills necessary for making optimal management decisions.
At the same time, it should be noted that the implementation of these areas is impossible without raising the professional level of scientific and pedagogical personnel in matters of making organizational and managerial decisions.
