Abstract
The development of physical culture and sports in the region attracts the workforce to new jobs. Staff mobility and training readiness ensure their high competitiveness in the labor market. Professional standards put forward requirements for the level of education and qualifications of employees. Professional retraining can meet the person's educational and professional needs. The most sought-after programs of additional vocational education in the field of physical culture and sports in Moscow have been identified. Research methods: the analysis of scientific and methodical literature, analysis of documentary materials, questionnaire, expert assessment. The most popular retraining programs for specialists working in the field of physical culture and sports are "Sports Management" and "Theory and Method of Sports Training". The age of students should be taken into account in the development and implementation of additional education programs. The most relevant programs for the students are programs that form knowledge, skills and skills in specific positions. In the future, programs are needed that take into account individual, educational trajectories for each listener.
