Abstract
The article discusses the possibility of building up the physical training of servicemen, which allows you to quickly reach a high level of physical condition and maintain it with a minimum expenditure of training time. In addition, the acceptability of the free choice of control exercises to test physical fitness was studied.
Keywords: optimal level of the functional state, dynamics of the level of physical state, self-regulation of motor activity, model of training load prediction.
