Role of sports volunteering in the formation of professionally significant personal qualities of future physical culture and sports teachers

Abstract
The article describes and analyzes the results of many years of author's work in the development and implementation of the program "I am a volunteer", based on the personality - oriented and activity-oriented approach, aimed at developing and consolidating the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of the students in the role of sports volunteers, developing professionally significant personal qualities, as well as general and professional competencies that help them to approach the ideal image - the standard of the physical culture and sports teacher.
