Factors of professional and career expectations of future bachelors in physical culture

Abstract
Introduction. The article is devoted to the problem of professional motivation of the graduates of Р. F. Lesgaft NSU in the direction of training 49.03.01 "Physical culture". The relevance of the research is due to the important role of providing the field of physical culture and sports with qualified labor resources. The purpose of the study: to study the factors that affects the professional and career expectations of the students of the 2nd year of bachelor's degree in the direction of training 49.03.01 "Physical culture". Research methods and organization: sociological survey in the form of a questionnaire, generalization and analysis of empirical data. Research results and discussion. Based on the conducted survey of the students and analysis of the results obtained, the factors that form the professional and career expectations of future young professionals are identified and grouped. The article substantiates the possibility of increasing the professional motivation of graduates through the focused formation of the professional worldview during training. Conclusions. Professional and career expectations of the undergraduate students of NSU named after Р. F. Lesgaft are formed under the influence of factors of positive and negative influence. The survey showed that the impact of positive factors caused high level of motivation of the students to the professional activities in the field of physical culture and sports. More than 20% of the respondents do not have clear plans for future employment, as a result of which the negative factors can prevent students from forming the professional and career expectations for the profile of education. The main vector of increasing the professional demand for University graduates is the formation of the professional outlook based on strengthening the practical orientation of the educational process.
