Prospects for development of mini-football (futsal) in the Russian Federation until 2030

Abstract
The article provides a brief analysis of the formation of the domestic mini-football (futsal) in the Russian Federation since the beginning of the 90s. XX century period, as a result of which this modification of football was able to practically transform from the entertaining physical culture means into the autonomous discipline of football, which at the present stage has mature organizational structure of management, the developed structure of competitions, cadres of specialists, solid scientific and methodological base for training players, etc. At the same time, the active development of this sports game in the world, the growth of its authority, the increase in the level of competition in recent years in the international arena between club and national teams pose new serious tasks for the country's physical culture and sports organizations to develop this sports discipline in the Russian Federation. incl. on the development by 2030 and implementation into practice of the target program for development of mini-football (futsal) in the country – an important tool for solving the new tasks set for the governing bodies of physical culture and sports, football federations, mini-football associations, clubs. The study made it possible to identify the key areas for development of the long-term planning for development of this modification of football, as well as to determine the hierarchy of these sections. The results obtained were used by the Mini-Football Association of Russia to prepare the draft of the mentioned target program and to present this document for discussion for the general sports community.
