Abstract
The article presents the methodology of physical culture and recreational trainings with the use of the comprehensive technique of yogalates with the second mature age women. The distinctive feature of the technique is the combination of yoga and Pilates techniques in combination with individual work with trainees. The effectiveness of the developed technique on body correction and loss of weight of the second mature age women was substantiated. In the experimental group, significantly greater improvement in the height and weight, number of anthropometric and calipometric indicators was achieved comparing with the groups going in for the classical pilates program and the traditional system of hatha-yoga.
