This article highlights the problems of the psycho-emotional state of the students: aggressiveness, anxiety, panic attacks, especially at the creative universities. Special subjects, working with craftsmen in the field of playwriting, acting, etc. requires student’s big psycho-emotional loads. Methods of psychophysical relaxation, based on the meditation, auto-training, attention span, relaxation and breathing exercises are useful, since during these exercises the recovery processes intensively occur, unnecessary energy consumption stops, quickly, nervous tension and fatigue are relieved, and sense of peace, internal and external harmony comes. When developing these programs, the main attention should be paid to supporting the optimal psycho-emotional state, which will contribute to healing, improving self-awareness, developing the ability to withstand stressful situations, as well as better learning of the knowledge and skills.
