Annotation
The article discusses one of the most popular sports among the youth, adolescents and children, sports aerobics. Speaking at sports aerobics competitions, an athlete must have a high level of endurance development, since the rules of the competition and the requirements for competitive composition are becoming more and more difficult. In this regard, one of the main tasks in modern sports is the search for new means and methods to increase the level of physical fitness. A methodology for developing endurance in young athletes involved in sports aerobics was developed and experimentally substantiate
