Annotation
The content of this article is concentrated around the problem of using musical accompaniment in the extracurricular recreational and recreational classes in general physical training for the students of the 1-2 courses. The novelty of the study is the selection and implementation of the specific repertoire of the musical works integrated into the content component of the certain physical exercises with the corresponding load parameters. And also, identification of the developed classes influences the features on improving physical fitness indicators, emotional and physical condition of the students.
