Some cultural aspects of youth education in the context of art education

Annotation
The article defines the problems and advantages in the process of transformation and design of urban and rural environment taking into account the local conditions, cultural traditions, wealth and diversity of folk ways. The ways of solving these problems is the training of students in the process of art education. Also it is a training of the specialists who understand the dialectical unity and interaction of content and form in art in the modern socio-cultural and political conditions of social development. The example is the potential of the North Caucasus as a diversity of the cultures and source of design and creative ideas in the educational activities of the students. The author emphasizes that the educational potential of folk art more than ever meets the strategic educational objectives of society, faced with education today, including art.
