Innovations and efficiency of continuous training of bachelors, masters and postgraduates

Annotation
The article analyzes the relationship between the concepts of innovation and efficiency in the process of continuous learning in the undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate studies. It is shown that the modernization of higher education determined the development of the innovative pedagogical technologies and their implementation in the educational process of the universities. In the article the problem of dependence of application of the innovative pedagogical technologies and increase of efficiency of training of bachelors, undergraduates and postgraduates, and increase of creative activity of students have all been designated.
