Experimental study of effectiveness of rehabilitation of the students of transport university by using eastern healing practices

Annotation
The article presents the indicators of testing the physical condition of the students of transport University from September 2015 to May 2019 in the Russian University of transport. After analysis of the test results, it was concluded that the level of physical condition, functional fitness of students of the experimental group engaged in a program of recovery, was much higher than students in the control group who worked on the standard program.
Efficiency of the program for health-improvement of the students of transport higher education institutions with use of East improving practices has been proved.
