Experience of application of fitball at the lessons of physical culture with students of the special medical group “A” at the medical university

Annotation
Studying of the long-term dynamics of the development of pathological changes in the vertebral zone among the students of the medical university has showed that during 2009–2019 there has been an increase in posture disturbance, limitation of the mobility of the spinal column, extra vertebral pathologies has been less frequently detected. As a result of the pedagogical experiment, theoretical justifications for the use of exercises on fitball are presented, which contributed to increasing the mobility of the spinal column, strengthening the back muscles and abdominal muscles.
