Mechanisms of social protection of coach (on the example of Ulyanovsk region)

Annotation
The article discusses the social protection of coaches who provide sports training for the reserve teams of the region and the country. Measures on social support of coaches in the state institutions of physical culture and sports are analyzed. The experience of the Ulyanovsk region on reforming the legal support of the coaches using the provisions of the regional legislation is presented. Further reform of the labor laws of the workers who carry out sports training of the reserve teams of the region and the country is discussed.
