Annotation
The article considers the complex and multifunctional problem of the professionally-applied physical training of the rescuers of the Ministry of Emergencies (MES) of Russia. The analysis is made of the level of somatic health and physical fitness of mature employees of the search and rescue units of the MES of Russia. Individual self-training programs for employees have been developed and successfully tested with the inclusion of differentiated physical training complexes in their free time.
