Annotation
Based on the experimental data, the article verified the effectiveness of the training methodology for students undergoing training in hand-to-hand combat at a military training center using situational complexes of defensive and attacking actions. The results of experimental studies indicate that the experimental teaching methodology prepares students better for a fight with the enemy than simply demonstrating the technique in standard training situations, which are established by the traditional teaching technique.
Keywords: hand-to-hand combat, hand-to-hand combat actions, situational complexes of defensive-attacking actions, knocking down factors.
