Annotation
This article discusses the areas of training of military personnel studying under the higher education programs for the Final State Certification in the discipline "Physical Training" in the conditions of shortage of the academic load and other adverse factors (for example: simultaneous work of the teacher with several departments; different levels of theoretical, organizational and methodological and physical fitness of cadets, etc.). An experiment was carried out to attract cadets from among the command staff of training units to the organization and planning as occupational leaders with a subsequent assessment of their methodological readiness.
