Annotation
The effective use of the professional competencies of graduates of educational organizations implies primarily the high performance, endurance in the chosen professional activity, which can be formed mainly only during the systematic physical education and sports. As a result of this, the quality of the formation of the physical qualities of graduates providing their professional activities becomes not only their personal need, but it also acquires the socio-economic importance. Based on the results of the experimental studies, the article substantiates the methodology of differentiated training of the students who have low performance in running at 3000 m.
