Annotation
As a result of the analysis of the literature on the technical and tactical training of the athletes of various types of martial arts, the distinguishing features of the mixed martial arts (MMA) have been highlighted. The authors divided them according to the technical and tactical principles of training, the specifics of the venue, the rules of the battle and the evaluation of the technical actions of athletes by judges. An approximate lesson plan was given at the stage of technical and tactical training.
