Study of social university’s bachelor student’s professional motivation

Annotation
The article presents the results of the study of professional motivation for activities in the chosen profession among the students of the social university. It was revealed that professional motivation in the student environment has qualitative characteristics that depend at the beginning of training (1 year) on the internal motives, in the middle period of training (3 year) – on the internal and external motives and the need for connectedness, at the end of training (4 year) – on the internal motives that have multidirectional vectors and needs for competence. The formation of the motivational sphere by changing its professional component, focused on the internal motivation (needs) of the personality of students will allow it to be given the qualitative characteristics that have the optimistic orientation.
