Initial level of physical fitness and the reaction of the heart muscle to physical activity of first-year students

Annotation
The study is aimed at optimizing the educational process, correction of the control standards, selection of the means of physical culture on the basis of the initial testing. As a result, the girls’ "excellent" level of reaction to physical activity was not revealed," good "level was among 62%, and only "satisfactory" among 38.1%. Among 45.2% of the girls there was received "unsatisfactory" result in flexibility. The boys also did not show the "excellent" reaction to the physical activity, and did not show "failure" rates of reaction of the heart. Young men "perfectly " cope with the strength exercises for the muscles of abdominal press and jumps on the skipping rope, 36.5% and 31.7% respectively. However, the boys "unsatisfactory" cope with the exercises for the static muscle strength ("plank") – 65.8%. Among the young men 34.1% of the tested received "unsatisfactory" result in flexibility and 17.07% in jumping with the skipping rope.
