Annotation
The lack of sufficient knowledge about the coordination abilities of the athletes prevents the creation of the scientific systems for training of the swimmers. This fact was the reason for the special study. It was assumed that the study of the dynamics of development of the coordination abilities of the cadets engaged in swimming at the stage of the advanced specialization will rationalize the methodological approach for their development. Summarizing the data of the special literature and the experiment in this research, we have developed the experimental program for the development of these abilities. The program can be implemented in the training process of the swimmers under preparation for the competitions.
Keywords: cadets, swimming, coordination abilities, motor coordination training.
