Annotation
The modern system of curling training provides for a large volume of physical and emotional exertion that significantly effects on activity of systems that provide adaptive of the body's regulatory responses of athletes. The data obtained during the study in process of the tournament demonstrate an increase in the activity of the central regulatory structures and increase in parasympathetic influences of vegetative systems on the regulation of the rhythm of the heart. Stress of athletes in competition is accompanied by a pronounced stress of the adaptive mechanisms of the cardiovascular system with a decrease in the regulatory function of the autonomic nervous system.
Keywords: heart rate variability, curling, adaptive possibilities, competitive activity.
